… ok, not in the same way as women, but men go through changes too when they prepare for and become fathers. Aside from biological changes, dads have a lot going on. They might get asked how they are doing, but it’s hard to compare what dad says to how he feels.

Most new dads will be thinking about how to make sure mum is cared for and happy, as well as starting to think about how not to break the piggy bank, and how day to day life will change. The focus is so much on mum that we often overlook the changes (biological and non-biological) dad is going through.

After all, dads are rocks in our families. Fatherly instincts make the best bodyguards and protectors for our babies.
